Before his death, Bi-Han was the original Sub-Zero, one of the most powerful and devout warriors of the Lin Kuei clan. While essentially neutral, he was a cold-blooded, vicious assassin whose soul had become corrupted from years of violence and remorseless killing. At the end of the first Mortal Kombat tournament, Bi-Han was murdered by Scorpion in retaliation for his own death at the cryomancer's hands. He then descended to the fifth plane of the Netherrealm where he was resurrected by the necromancer sorcerer Quan Chi, who had earlier resurrected Scorpion as well. The evil within Bi-Han's soul was released by stripping him of pride, compassion, and everything else that made him human.

Bi-Han, and the general character of Sub-Zero, has been one of my favorite fictional characters for a long time. The MK franchise in general being an interest of mine for nearly a decade now. Bi-Han is also one of my yumes since 2019! Please enjoy this page that was created to show my love for the character.♡♡壁寒和麗麗♡♡There's not much to explain why I enjoy the character so greatly. I've never mained him in a single MK game I've played but he's always been a favorite. Ironically, Kuai Liang was my favorite of the brothers for a little over a year until I stuck with Bi-Han completely (and forever.) MK11 Noob Saibot really sealed the deal for me though, then I looked back on MK9 and Mythologies and fell in love right then. I don't particularly like MK1 (2023) Bi-Han as much as I wish to but I'll always love the character.
